St. Mary & Martyr Marina Coptic Orthodox Church in Gresham, Oregon is the second coptic (Egyptian) church in Oregon has been established in April 2021 to share the Orthodox faith within the local community by celebrating liturgical services and hosting meetings and events for prayers, spiritual growth, fellowship, and community service.
The mission of the American Coptic Orthodox Church is to preserve, practice, and share the Coptic Orthodox faith in America without the cultural and language barriers that have traditionally accompanied the spread of Orthodoxy outside of Egypt.

Martyr Marina Feast Eve.
the church will celebrate on Friday from 7pm to 9pm, the feast of the martyrdom of Saint Marina, the intercessor of our church, and the anointing of her relics, and everyone is invited to receive the blessing

Church will celebrate The Feast of Nayrouz from 7pm. Through the celebration of the Feast of Nayrouz, we Honor the millions of martyrs who sacrificed their lives as sacrifices of love for our Lord who sacrificed Himself on our behalf.
2022-23 New Year Eve
Church will celebrate New Year Eve for 2022-23. The celebration starts with vesper prayers at 6:00pm and ends with the Holy Liturgy from 11:00am to 12:30am. The ceremony will include Kiahk praises and choir
Feast of Nativity
Church will celebrate The Feast of Nativity from 7pm to 11pm. And the angel said unto them, Fear not: for, behold, I bring you good tidings of great joy, which shall be to all people.

The Holy Theophany
Church will celebrate The Holy Theophany feast. On this day of the year 31 A.D., our Master, Lord and God, Jesus Christ, was baptized at the hands of St. John the Baptizer. Our heavenly Father was heard from heaven saying, This is My beloved Son, and the Son standing in the Jordan river, and the Holy Spirit was descending in the form of a dove, and alighting upon Him
Jonah's (Nineveh) Fast
Church will start Nineveh Fast for three days. And Jonah began to enter into the city about a day's journey, and he proclaimed, and said, yet three days, and Nineveh shall be overthrown (Jonah 3:4)
The Great Lent
Church will start The Great Lent for 8 weeks. Lent is a season of intense prayer, fasting and alms giving concern for those in need. It offers all Christians an opportunity to prepare for Easter by serious discernment about their lives
